Is there a long-term contract requirement?

No. Amtek is a month-to-month subscription and does not require a long-term contract.

How many users are included?

With your subscription, you will have access for 3 users. Additional users can be added at a cost of $10 per user per month.

Do you offer discounts if I subscribe to multiple reports?

Yes, if you bundle multiple reports together, the additional reports will be available for $100 per month each.

We have multiple office locations, can we have a shared subscription?

Separate subscriptions are required for each physical location.

When is payment due?

Your credit card will be charged on the first day of every month. Please note that the charge may appear on your credit card statement on the following day.

Is it possible to make a yearly payment (instead of monthly)?

Absolutely, if you prefer to avoid the inconvenience of monthly charges, you have the option to pay for the entire year in advance.

What is your policy on password sharing?

We take the matter of password sharing and unauthorized access very seriously. Any user found to be sharing their password will be immediately and permanently banned from using Amtek.

What is your policy for cancellations and refunds?

To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure that you cancel your subscription at least 10 days before the end of the current month. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the current month as our billing is on a month-to-month basis.

How is AMTEK different than CIVCAST?

AMTEK is a reporting service for contractors with far more bid opportunities and more up-to-date information. In contrast, CIVCAST is a tool primarily used by civil engineers and government agencies, and only contains information posted by those clients. Additionally, AMTEK actively searches for and compiles bid opportunities from hundreds or sources in Texas. Amtek also has fully searchable bid items, bid results, and tabulations.
